    When it works it’s great. That’s IF it recognizes the mat. I’ve paid almost $200 in mats just trying to find one it recognizes. To no avail.

    Update: I have done everything support has requested, updated the software, cleaned the scanner glass, etc. and support has no solution for me except to take it to a service center which is 4.5 hours from me. Unfortunately I have to write this machine off I have now purchased a Cricut 3 and we’ll see how that goes.
