Similar to another reviewer, my machine won't accept the cassettes. They are the exact same model number that I have bought in the past from Staples. However when I put one in my machine it says "Please Insert A Cassette." The cassettes are also missing one hole on the back, and they are black instead of grey, that appears to be the only major difference. Really frustrating as the box has already been thrown away so I can't return them.

Update I was able to drill out the missing hole in the top corner and that made the cassette work, that said, I destroyed one of the two cassettes in order to determine I could do this. I had an old cassette I could copy, just make sure the hole is big enough and close enough to the edge. There are little pins in your machine that can't be depressed or it won't work. That's what the hole is for.

It does not work with our machine. Our tape cassette machine does not recognize and see the cassette. On the screen of the machine it says a message: "Please Insert A Cassette", even if the cassette is inserted. The same tape cassette bought from Staples is recognizable and we are able to use it. 30 days returning policy is not convenient in this case. We receive product on Oct 30/24. Because of the previous cassette was not finished yet and then winter holidays came, our office was closed, we stared to use it in January 2025 and realized that this tape cassette is with some defect and it's late to return it.

Unfortunately, it was not used until after the 30 days return window. Make sure you check these right away so you can return if need be.
