I am an electrician so I know. The fan is already installed. It is too late and too much work to take it down for return.

Just needed to unplug the units and use a flat head to unclip the sides and the old ones popped right out. Putting the new one in was just as easy. I did the side with the two lips first then the side with one lip and it slid in perfectly. Hardest part of switching them out was cleaning the dust off the cover and inside of the box where you put the unit in. I replaced both fans in 30 minutes. With cleaning time included.
