I didn't have access to a Brita water jug for a few months and my water consumption went way down because I just was having trouble with how the tap water or bottled water tasted.

Finally moved into the new place and ordered this Brita jug. Seriously, best $20ish spent! I drink sooooooooo much more water, and I'm really enjoying the taste of the water when I drink it. This jug seems a tad smaller and more well designed than the previous brita jugs I've had in the past. It just feels really slick! I like the black top part too. It's just easy for me to hold/manage and get in and out of the door of the fridge. Two thumbs up!!

It came with a filter and I've just been using that one. If you set up the indicator thing on the top, it will remind you when it's time to change to a new filter. I always seem to go longer than it says before replacing the filter, but I do find the reminder handy!
