Since using the product my wife has told me that she has had fewer “night-sweats” and has actually felt too cool during the day (which is a big change from always being too hot … and freezing me out with the air-conditioners) Since the sweating has stopped, she has also been sleeping better. This product has been working really well and although we can’t guarantee results we would suggest at least trying it.

    So far I am loving this cream! I apply a little bit twice a day. It is not greasy and it has a very light scent. I suffer with migraines and scents bother me but this cream has a very light soft scent. Easy to use. Hopefully after a few months I notice the difference in my menopause.     Rated 4 stars for now, as I have hot flashes and I am not hot flash-free yet, after 4 weeks of use so far. I believe it takes 3 weeks to work?

    I started using this cream three days before my oophorectomy salpingo surgery one month ago.
    Already scared of what was going to happen to my body, I hoped this cream would help me on my journey of forced menopause earlier than expected.
    I missed a few nights struggling with recovery, and did notice I had more hot flashes when I did not use it. But I only missed 2 applications in a month.
    I think it may take longer to see better results.
    I cannot confirm that I am not struggling as much as I could be using it yet.
    I get hot flashes minimally during the day but as soon as I go to bed, they will occur at least 4-5 times now in the night waking me up, so I do not sleep. I have not had a full night of sleep yet. If this cream is supposed to completely stop the hot flashes, then it’s still not fully effective. Or may not work for me.
    I did read this cream takes time to work.

    The cream itself is a great consistency. Very thick and easy to apply a pea drop amount in wrist area or inner elbows or thighs. Feels good on the face as well. There was no instructions but other companies said to start with pea sized amounts. Twice a day.
    I love that it’s unscented, absorbs, and comes with a scooper. I think a jar can last 2 months using pea sized amount twice per day. Any more and it will be enough for 1 month of usage. I will buy it again to give it a full 4 months and see.
    Other Wild Yams have Black Cohosh in them which helps hot flashes near instant as per reviews, but fail to mention they can cause serious liver damage and failure! It is something that should not be hidden but labelled correctly in a more prominent way. It is a reason I chose THIS cream.
    The price is expensive for the quantity personally but I hope to see it go lower. Especially if its a reoccurring expense.
    I pray I will be lucky and have hot flashes for 6 months only, but if not I do hope this cream kicks in soon to stop the hot flashes.
    HRT will not be an option due to blood clots and estrogen causes blood clots and all the issues I had PCOS cysts, endometriosis, hair loss, pain, etc. So no estrogen creams either.
    All I can use is wild yam cream so far and perhaps some dietary supplementation.

    Sadly for me, HRT prevents osteoporosis at least, and with heart disease and dementia you will have to do what you can with diet and exercise to prevent it. Excersise and diet supplementation can work too. Dementia being type 3 diabetes can possibly be avoided with proper diet. But HRT can cause other unwanted side effects and disease. It is not for everyone. I am learning each day.
