The juicer will not get all of the juice out of the fruits and vegetables. You can literally saqueeze the pulp with your hands and get juice from the pulp. If you place the pulp in cheescloth you can squeeze a hlf a glass of juice from the pulp. Breville now tells me that I cannot return the juicer because I did not purchase it directly from Breville as I purchased it from �鶹��. Totally contrived. the corporation is complecent selling inferior merchandise. With the cost of fruit and vegetable so high now this juicer just wastes your money. Totally rubbish and I cannot get my money back. do something about this company.

I've had several juicers in my life so I have a lot to compare this juicer to. Especially, a recent, small juicer for small spaces: It was a bust: had to cut veggies in small cubes and still, the juicer strained and the pulp opening got clogged and was difficult to clean. So I decided to go bigger, but still needed it to not take up too much space on the counter during use. My expectations of my new juicer, the Breville cold plus centrifigal, have been far exceeded. It is so powerful, you can easily put in large pieces and it just grinds them up easily without straining; the pitcher holds a lot so you can make a large quantity; and, really, really appreciated: it comes apart so easily (I'm 82 so that's important to me!) and extremely, I mean extremely, easy to clean!! All removeable parts can go in the dishwasher, but my first time, I found everything rinsed completely clean under running tap water. I did put the basket in the dishwasher and it came out perfectly clean but I think I could have rinsed it under the stream from the faucet and just used the proivided brush. The only drawback is that it's a little heavey (just a touch over 11 lbs) and I have to lift it to a shelf at head level, but I can do it. It doesn't take up as much space on the counter as many models which I really appreciate! I would totally recommend this to my friends and family.

Also it came with a cleaning brush which was great for the filter, cleaned it flawlessly. I want to leave this on my counter because of how professional it looks! The jug is also huge so you don’t need to juice every day! You easily get 3-4 days worth of juice, if not more if you make smaller 6-8oz glasses. And this jug really reserves the juice unlike the cheaper breville option because the silicone on the lid provides a very tight seal. I am so very pleased with everything about this product and am happy to share this with friends & family!
