The quality is good.

    The pan started off great but over the last five years has become less of a non-stick pan. Just ordered a new pan after reheating pizza and having much of it stick to the pan. None of the other 11" pizza pans had very good ratings. Also cost $10 more than five years ago. If the new one last five years it will be fine.
