    Best addition to my Breville food processor ever!!! I've recently started making dog food and and it's very labour intensive. The dicing blades are sharp, it takes no time to dice a potato, beat and even sweet potatoes. I was skeptical of the peeler disk, but throw 4 medium sized potatoes in and let it run for 30 seconds and they come out perfect.

    Loved this attachment. My processor is bfp800xl. So I had to buy the bowl and dicer. That was a little disappointing as I would have liked to buy the 2 different size dicer blades. Maybe I will someday but it's costly. I've tried it on vegetables and fruit. It works beautiful. Watch a YouTube video to get some tips on how it all works. I recommend it if you dice lots. I would like the other 2 sizes as well. Wish it would have been sold all together. Make sure you order the proper attachment for your machine. Call breville and ask if you're not sure. They are very helpful

    I bought the Sous Vis Pro to help me process and chop my homemade dog food (yes, I became one of those people). And I loved it so much and it was so easy, that I needed every accessory that came with it. I love love love my food processor and have dumped the two that i had that were taking up too much space in my cabinets. This addition helps me with prepping for smaller cuts (like stuffed clams). I feel like I’m a true chef when i use it.

    I got my Breville BFP800XL a few YEARS ago (and I LOVE it 😍❤️), as it does so…many awesome things.🤯

    But when I recently saw that there was a “New” dicing feature that came out, I was excited.🤩

    It was only after a little research 🧐 🔬 that I found out that I need the ENTIRELY NEW bowl in order to do the new Dicing activity.

    And THIS product is the one that allows you to do this needed dicing activity.

    BUT (as everyone already [regularly] stated, the “expense” for this thing is outrageous 😱👎).

    But, as I already stated (in the title), the Breville Food Processor is a TRUE MARVEL👍👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    So overall, yes it is crazy expensive, but in the long run it is WORTH it (that is, if you do A LOT of Dicing [like I do 😉]).

    So as I’ve said with many of my other “expensive” purchases (here at 鶹) you ONLY-LIVE-ONCE ☝️ (so go ahead and purchase this 👍👍👍 - You WON’T Regret it [especially if you do something, like Onions 🧅 - where you will NEVER shed a tear 😢, again 😉]).

    I bought the Sous Chef 16-cup, this conversion kit, and the dicing expansion kit. All-in-all, it makes a great food processor package. I've already made several recipes using most of the blades and accessories. The reason I'm only giving this kit three stars, though, is the storage box. The storage boxes with the food processor and the dicing expansion kit are well-organized vertically and make it easy to get to the parts I need at the time. This storage box has to be almost completely unpacked, because it is organized horizontally, in order to get to the most important parts buried at the bottom. Very clunky to use. I still recommend purchasing it if you didn't get the slice & dice version, but be prepared for inconvenience in the storage.

    The compatibility kit works as it should, although I question why the dicing kits aren't compatible with the 16 cup Pro model to begin with. It would be so much easier to only have the one large bowl and the mini. But with this kit, I now have 2 large bowls.
    This machine is great and I have days in the kitchen where all the parts are out and in use. Everything is easy to clean and switching from one function to another is a breeze.
    My reason for not giving 5 stars is that the storage box for the accessories did not come with a dust cover, like the boxes for the Pro and dicing kit accessories. I called Breville to ask if the cover was missing, but they said it doesn't come with a cover. This is disappointing because, with all the components, stacking is pretty much necessary unless you have a lot of storage space. Other than that, this is a good product.
