C’est ma deuxième machine espresso Brentwood…la première a brisée après un an… J’ai commandé le Nouveau modèle…celle-ci a un bouton D’allumage contrairement à l’ancien modèle. Malheureusement très fragile et il a cassé après que 2 mois d’utilisation…donc la machine ne fonctionne plus. C’est terminé pour moi BRENTWOOD !

    The cover where the coffee drops in is to loose, what it makes the coffee drops outside the cup when pouring it.
    What I like of it is the straw to heat the milk it's from metal easy to clean, others are plastic and not removable what it makes the smell and some milk stay inside the plastic straw.

    There are several things I do not like about this product. First of all. It does not make hot espresso. I put my cup in the microwave for 45 seconds to get a nice hot cup. I usually make 8 ounces of decaf espresso at a time. I also do not like it is a two-step process to froth milk. First you have to make your espresso than you froth your milk. My very old machine I can do both at the same time. I will be sending this back.
    VERY UNHAPPY WITH A 20% RESTOCKING FEE! BEAWEAR!!! I HAVE NEVER HAD A RESTOCKING FEE BEFORE.
