Great seasoning to add to your (not only) vegan meals. You can add it virtually to any savory dish to achieve cheesy/ nutty flavors. Perfect for tofu scramble. Simply delicious!!! I tried different brand of of Nutritional yeast in powdered version and it was bad tasting. I was convinced nut yeast is not for me until I’ve tried this brand. Highly recommend to add to your pantry if you’re starting out your journey into plant based diet like I do :)

    As an extremely fussy person who is not a fan of trying new things I stared at the container of this before I started using it. Now I use it on everything.

    I use it instead of Parmesan on pasta, in a Bloody Mary or a Cesar? I throw some in (it sounds gross but it adds a umami kick)! Avocado toast in the morning sprinkle it on!

    The weirdest thing I noticed is that I started using this and I became more energized. I didn’t do anything else different but apparently this has a lot of vitamin b12 and there is actually a study linked with athletes using nutritional yeast and endurance and energy and feeling emotionally better... I am not sure about that but I like it a lot.

    I read on a support group that Nurtrional yeast can help with morning/all day sickness when you are pregnant. I have a terrible case of this and nothing works. So I'm willing to try anything. I'm VERY sensitive to smells right now and thought this would be disgusting. I can tolerate the smell and it doesn't taste like anything on my popcorn or pasta. I've only had it for 2 days and I'll report back if i notice any improvements with the nausea!

    I've never had nutritional yeast before so I have nothing to compare it to. I heard it was healthy and full of iron and B vitamins so I gave it a try. The package looks nice. I chose this brand because it was a jar with a lid not a bag. I cannot open the lid to remove the safety seal. It won't come off. I had to stab it with a knife to make a hole. It looks gross. Like fish food flakes. It tastes like salty cardboard. I don't like it but I heard that's how it's supposed to taste. I won't give a bad review because I don't like the taste but i'm giving 3 stars because they could make the lid easier to open. I'm a young woman and I can't open it. It would be impossible for a senior, or a weaker person or someone with arthritis to remove the lid to peel of the safety seal

    I bought this brewer's yeast for the Shaker container I use Brewer's yeast on my cat's food as a bug and flea preventative.

    I personally don't like brewer's yeast but I get it for my animal's flea control it's natural and it doesn't make them sick it helps them with their coat their skin there's so many health benefits they get from Brewer's yeast.
