Turn the tube upside down.
Step 2
Twist the cap and the pellets will drop into the cap.
On first use, don't forget to remove the safety lock sticker by twisting the cap. There are perforation in the label to ease the opening.
Step 3
Carefully remove the cap. Place the pellets under your tongue and allow them to dissolve.
