Product description

America's Best Baking Flour™ Our All-Purpose Unbleached Flour is an unbromated and enriched baking flour milled from high quality North American wheat. Use all-purpose flour for all manner of baked goods, including yeast breads, quick breads, biscuits, muffins, cookies, and cakes. Includes a touch of malted barley to enhance the rise in your yeast breads. Bleach and bromate are both chemicals that are sometimes added to flours, but not ours! Bleach makes the flour whiter, but we use a sifting process to achieve the same end with traditional methods. Bromate can be added to flour to enhance the rise of the flour when goods are baking, but we opt for adding malted barley to the flour which has the same effect using a natural method.
