This was a great product. Easy to make, quick to bake, tasted great. I added a banana and a half and a handful or two of chocolate chips. It must be a thinner batter than I'm used to, though, because all my chocolate sank to the bottom before they finished baking! No worries, still just as tasty.
Since I live alone, I froze most of the batch and just bring them out when I want one - they seem to keep really well. Left on the counter after baking (unfrozen) they do get a little dry/stale after day or so - make sure you get them into an airtight container after they've cooled!
