Meet Blume's Matcha Coconut blend, where earthy green tea notes are balanced with sweet coconut and moringa. Matcha’s steady energy will make you feel grounded, and lifted up
Includes: Matcha Coconut Superfood Latte: 45g (10 servings), 1 Golden Spoon (1 tsp), 1 Bamboo Whisk
Add 1-2 tsp, or 1 scoop of the Blume Golden Spoon, of Matcha Coconut to a shallow bowl with 1⁄4 cup of hot but not boiling water.
Whisk in a ‘W’ motion with the Blume Bamboo Whisk for 20 to 30 seconds until matcha is blended and smooth. Add to a mug, and slowly add 1 cup of frothed hot ‘milk’ or cold milk’ with ice. Sweeten to taste (like maple syrup).
Bamboo Whisk Cleaning Tips: Gently whisk in a bowl of warm soapy water and rinse. Be careful not to get the top wet. Air dry standing up (whisk side down).

I have been a big fan of Blume products since discovering them at my then local coffee shop years back in BC and realizing that they didn't ruin my macros or consume 1/3 of my daily calories in one drink like other fun lattes do. I am also a massive fan of matcha and have tried all manners of matcha from high grade ceremonial to ones that are basically laced with sugar. For me this one hits the best of both worlds by being affordable enough to consume daily but also not being full of fillers/sugar and other things I shouldn't consume daily. I like the taste, it has a distinctly matcha taste that isn't too strong or grass like so I don't have to always soften it down with different milks or sweeteners.

I should note I am someone with a lot of food restrictions and needs and Blume always seems to fit what I need. I am vegetarian, dairy free, gluten free and have PCOS but I also like to enjoy life and a good latte and Blume hits all of my requirements.

I found the whisk and spoon to be very helpful. I was able to quickly whisk up the matcha with just some hot water and the spoon is very appreciated as it's simple to get just the right amount.

The added benefits of Moringa and L-Theanine are amazing as well as the coconut milk so I appreciate that I'm not just paying for a simple matcha here.

Lastly, I want to note that this is a Canadian made and woman owned business so I am very happy to find yet another product to add to the safe to buy list.

The set includes the essentials for preparing a good matcha drink. The included spoon is of good quality, made of metal, and provides the exact measurement we need. When you open the packet, the first thing you notice is the pleasant aroma of the powder, which becomes even better when you prepare it. It has a coconut flavor that you can taste on the palate when used with just water, and it greatly improves when mixed with coconut milk, the flavor intensifies a lot. It’s easy to mix, as it doesn’t form too many clumps if you're inexperienced. If that's the case, you can find some videos to guide you for the best results and to make a pleasant drink.
