I got it as a replacement because the first one blew from a 29volt power surge (from solar panels), clipped in works fine. Just really pricey for a unit that doesn't even have cd or dvd and any other bells and whistles. Also the fuse should have protected it, it blew but the unit died anyhow.

Installation was easy and product seems fine, BUT... it will only allow 1 Bluetooth pairing at a time. I want to use Bluetooth for my TV firestick sound and for my phone. This makes the unit basically useless for me. To switch from one source to the other you would have to cut power to the iRV36 unit, disable Bluetooth on the existing source, then re-pair Bluetooth on the new source. Not exactly easy. Also, the owner's manual didn't even mention the "NO LIN" display you get when trying to pair a second source - I had to Google a long time before finding out what it meant. I had to cut a new hole in my cabinet to install this piece of crap so it is too late for me now. I'll use it until it ticks me off enough and forces me to find a better. Any suggestions are welcome.

My grand design imagine XLS came with a different head unit that when you had the volume at medium or above and had no actual music playing would have background distortion hiss. Replacing that head unit with this one I have no audible distortion anymore and the volume is definitely louder implying there's more usable wattage.
I also hooked up a powered subwoofer to the subwoofer out on the stereo networks flawlessly. to be honest, the whole unit works as expected no freezes or anything like that nature it just works
The only problem I ran into is there a remote cannot reliably go through the tinted glass for the cabinet, which is not the fault of this head unit. I ended up buying a IR receiver transmitter for a dollars which you can see in the picture and that has fixed that problem
