Yes, it is cheaply constructed but to be expected for a no name brand. The positives; it connects to Bluetooth smoothly, a lot smoother than most of my devices, the sounds is crisp and clear, it auto switches to the next side without having to turn the tape around. Only negative I have found so far is the power cord is unique to it and it’s short so don’t lose it. I can listen to my old tapes on my new speakers and I’m happy with the purchase.

Thing might as well have came in pieces to be put together I opened it and buttons fell out one of the ear buds is crushed and ALL the buttons don't work as they should the ones that should stick like the play button just don't 95% of the time and all the others stick to the point they don't move/don't work. I saw a light when I first tried a button and now it's gone
This isn't worth $40 and the headache of having to return it... save yourself some time and buy a GOOD ONE

This is an amazing piece of technology. I can dig out all those old tapes and play them on a Bluetooth speaker. It even goes in reverse instead of having to turn the tapes over. My 5-year old speaker would not pair by Bluetooth to this cassette player, but a newer speaker and headphones both paired easily. When I sought help with pairing issues, the service was fast and excellent. Highly recommended.

Bluetooth works okay but hard to figure out if it’s connecting.

Blows through batteries so it needs to be plugged into a USB power source - wall outlet/cube OR battery pack with USB-A outlet.

Value for what you pay - meh, not great. Could be cheaper but it is an electronic and it does what it says it does.

Not sure if I would recommend.

Ich bin ein Kind des Walkman, und was haben wir sie geliebt. Klein, handlich, mit Kopfhörer war man in seiner eigenen Welt. Und heute? Siehe da, wie die Schallplatte, ist die Kassette plötzlich wieder da.

Ich habe mir den Kassettenspieler MYPIN geholt, um Abends im Bett "Die 3 Fragezeichen", oder "John Sinclair" zu hören. Hier ist Kassette ideal, weil man an jeder Stelle stoppen kann und es genau da wieder weiter geht. Ich habe nicht die dabei liegenden In-Ear Ohrhörer genutzt, sondern einen guten Over Ear Kopfhörer, mit 3,5 Klinkenstecker.

Insgesamt macht das Gerät einen stabilen Eindruck. Das Batteriefach ist die ersten Male sehr schwer zu öffnen. Ich musste einen kleinen Schraubendreher nutzen. Nach dem 3, 4 mal geht es etwas einfacher.

Praktisch ist die automatische Kassettenumschaltung, welche am Ende der Kassette von der A-Seite auf die B-Seite wechselt. Dies ist aber auch abschaltbar. Schneller Vor- und Rücklauf sind selbstverständlich. Ebenso eine Endabschaltung bei der Wiedergabe. (nicht bei schnellen Vor- und Rücklauf)

Absolutes Highlight finde ich, ist die Bluetooth-Funktion. Das gab es in den 80er noch nicht. ;-) Die Kopplung mit meinem Creative Lautsprecher war sehr einfach. Das abspielen von Musikkassetten, die ich noch aus den 80er habe, ist somit auch möglich. Übrigens, wie ich gesehen habe, gibt es das Abba Gold Album auch neu auf Kassette, und sicher andere Alben auch, also werden nicht nur Hörspiele aktuell wieder als Kassette produziert.

Fazit: für den Preis bin ich sehr zufrieden und kann das Gerät empfehlen. Natürlich sind Produktionen auf einer Kassette nicht mit einer komplett digitalen Version zu vergleichen. Aber für Hörspiele im Bett, oder Musik unterwegs reicht es auf jeden Fall. Wer noch Musikkassetten hat, ist mit dem Abspieler gut bedient. Achso, es gibt auch die Option, die Musik digital umzuwandeln, das hab ich aber nicht gemacht und ist auch nicht geplant.
