Lightweight, Compact, and Rechargeable- Love this!

I absolutely love this keyboard, using it right now. I have gotten it twice., one for work, and one for home. I am on my computer a lot and my wrists were hurting from the edge of my laptop. So the low, smooth edge of this with the metal trimming is perfect and so comfortable. The keys are nice to type on as well, and the layout is the same as my old tablet's keyboard. It is lightweight and easy to install. You turn it on, press the FN key and the C key with the Bluetooth symbol to pair with your device, and that is it. The best part to this is that it is rechargeable so you don't have to mess with batteries, and one charge lasts a long time, especially given that I am using it for up to 8 hours a day, non-stop. You can also use it while it is charging and plugged in. I love it and have recommended it to my coworkers, and family.

I bought this BT keyboard to be used with Android box; Kodi running LibreELEC primarily.

It's nicely built and appears to have a solid construction throughout. The stainless steel (or at least metallic) feel around the bottom plate and front edge was nice. The top/surface was all hard plastic which I prefer instead of the soft rubber feel. Generally speaking, it's a great looking keyboard with what appears to be solid construction.

Battery life is yet to be determined along with its longevity. More often than not though; battery is probably the first to die but only time will tell, as always.

It was easy to pair with Android box as they all really should be at this day and age; however, almost immediately I noticed two issues, one of which makes it difficult for me to use this particular keyboard.

1. Repeated keystrokes; a rough estimate of 10% of the keystrokes were repeated exactly twice. This makes it very inconvenient to type anything longer than a handful of words since I'll need to constantly correct the typos. I also tested on a laptop as well as Android phone/tablet and they ALL behave the same way so I know it's not the device themselves. Not a deal breaker for me personally since it's used with a Android box; however, if you intend to use it as replacement for your regular keyboard, this might NOT be for you. It's not just the alphabets that were repeated though; the arrow keys were also repeated.

2. Problematic ENTER key; 40-50% of the time, the ENTER key behaves like the MENU (or context) key, i.e. the key to the left of the RIGHT-CTRL key on many Windows keyboards. I haven't a clue why it was like this but this makes it nearly impossible for me to use the keyboard as intended. It doesn't seem to matter whether I set it to Android or Win and it behaves the same way. I understand that if something wasn't 'configured' correctly, it might be possible to cause the keyboard behave differently, but definitely not only 40% of the time.

This is particularly annoying when I select a folder and press the ENTER key to get INTO the folder, but instead it actually plays the entire folder if I accidentally click o the ENTER key again thinking it would go back out one folder since that's what is expected. With a folder containing large amount of files, this essentially causes Kodi to hang which I have to forcefully kill the process.

This looks like a software bug or defective hardware to me. Whatever the cause might be, it is functionally defective which prevents me from using one of the most frequently used keys.

I'll play with it around more and see if I can figure out what went wrong but at this point in time, I would not recommend this keyboard and it will likely be returned if I can't find a solution to the problem with the ENTER key.

I was contacted by the seller regarding my issues with the keyboard and they have offered a free and alternative replacement for the BT version; a 2.4GHz version that the seller claims to be less vulnerable to interference. After waited for nearly a month, it finally arrived and I finally got a chance to test it out. As it turned out, interference might actually be the cause as I no longer have the same issues I had before; though, the replacement is Windows ONLY (fine for my Android Box however). I can��t say for certain that interference was the root/only cause for the issues I had but at least for now those issues have disappeared. I guess only time will tell and I��ll provide updates if and when that changes. Adding a star; for the excellent and prompted support provided by the seller.

The replacement 2.4GHz keyboard has been working great for the last year or so until the battery died suddenly which is unfortunate since I do like the keyboard. Fortunately it's still within the 2yr warranty period and I was able to get a replacement again. Kudos to the seller who stand by their product/warranty and their prompt support! Their continual support for their products and the overall quality and usability of the keyboard (aside from the battery issue) makes this a 4.5 star for me. Will provide updates again if and when the situation changes. A few more photos were also added.

Item says USBC charging, but it is actually microUSB! It's 2025 - who uses microUSB on new products now?!
It also says multi-device and pairing with three, but the item sent only pairs with one.

Edit: Amteck customer services responded within 12 hours and arranged to send me out the correct updated version - received next day and all working as should do with multi-device and USBC charging.
Has a 2 year warranty so I imagine their customer services will look after you.

Great keyboards, not able to obtain tax invoice

The keyboards are great, good value, sturdy, easy to use etc.
I purchased 19 on behalf of my workplace and the company were unable to provide a GST invoice for these products - when I asked for one, they supplied with me with an invoice with the wrong amount, shipping included (which was free) and only for 1 or 2 keyboards. When I tried again, I got the same response and eventually was told there was no invoice. No tax invoice came with the goods either.

They also arrived 4 days late meaning they weren't able to be processed in the correct financial year.
