Does anyone need a premium made in the USA dehydrated lemon on their drink? Absolutely not. It is not saving lives but is it fun? Absolutely YES. Just pull one lemon slice out of the bag and drop it into any drink – it could even be sparkling water – and you will leave your guests wondering if you are now secretly a bar tender or if the next drink might come in a capsule with maple smoke. Jokes aside, this is just a wonderful garnish to have at home to make that after work drink just feel a tiny bit more special.

These dehydrated lemon slices are good for those looking for convenience. In my use case, sometimes I like to have a bit of lemon in my water bottle throughout my work day when I'm in office, but it can be a bit of a hassle to cut a slice each morning when I'm rushed to leave for my commute. Moreover, since it's only sometimes, and I also don't always go in to office, I'd end up with a cut lemon sitting in my refrigerator slowly spoiling. With these pre-prepared slices, I can just grab one, drop it in quickly, and not have to worry about planning to use up a whole lemon in the next 3 or 4 days.

Consistency between slices is fairly uniform. The box states that there are 35 slices so it's a bit odd that �鶹��'s listing titles it as "12+ slices" instead; from a quick estimate, it does seem like there are 35 slices but I didn't take them all out to count properly.

The product is quite fragrant, so much so that I could smell it before even opening the sealed opening of the bag, which is a bit concerning as it indicates that the bag isn't air-tight. No other reviews mention this, so perhaps I received a unit with some poor QC on the bag.

They're advertised as having a 12-month shelf life. The unit I received from my July 2, 2025 order had a best before date of Aug 5, 2026 for reference. I don't think I'll have any issues getting through the 35 slices, but combined with the issue of the not air-tight bag, I'd recommend ensuring that you're storing these in a cool, dry spot if you don't transfer the slices to an actual air-tight bag.

At $25, it's quite expensive compared to other similar offerings available on �鶹�� though. Considering the product's simplicity, it's probably more worthwhile to just choose a less expensive option.

When entertaining friends or family, its always nice to dress things up a bit with nice plating and a tasty garnish or two.
Designed as a garnish to use with beverages, desserts, or baking, these dehydrated lemons are also great for snacking, flavouring water, making tea, or even for use in craft projects. Happily, they are an all natural product containing no additives, preservatives, colours, or sweeteners. I was especially pleased to see that they are sulphite free. Long lasting, they are super convenient to keep on hand for occasions when you find you need a slice of lemon; they are ready to use anytime. If you haven’t used dehydrated lemons before, you should be aware that, due to oxidation, the fruit does feature a dark, almost brown colour; this is totally normal. It should also be noted that these slices really shouldn’t be refrigerated.
The package we received contained 35 slices as was indicated on the box; none were broken and the best before date indicated that we still had a full year in which to use them. The lemony smell that emanates from the package is amazing, you’d swear that you were working with freshly sliced lemons.
When ordering foods such as this we are always careful to check out the manufacturer; this product is from the USA (Maryland), a fact that gives us piece of mind knowing that proper processing practices have been followed.
If I had a single complaint, it would be that the slices still contain their seeds which I generally remove.
These dehydrated lemon slices proved to be very tasty and aromatic, they provide a nice visual perk to the drinks or dishes they’re used with. While the current price of $25 CAD may seem high, my wife and I generally insist on ordering food items from reputable manufacturers. These dehydrated lemon slices certainly meet the standards we look for. Recommended.

I originally thought when ordering that the BlueHenry Dehydrated Lemon Wheels were meant to be eaten directly like dried fruit but this was clearly not the case when I got it. It is intended as a garnish or addition to water. It smells absolutely fantastic and adds a nice taste. Definitely not easily eaten directly since it still has seeds in it but you can try. All in all though this is a great pack of dried lemons.
