I ordered this is a 325 gram container of micronized creatine monohydrate available from the BLUE STAR NUTRACEUTICALS store—which is a brand I have not used before—because it offers this sizeable value option if you are looking to start adding this supplement to your routine. I use a variety of protein powders and other supplements in my fitness routine in the past, but I've never considered purchasing a creatine powder format before, so I am still learning a lot about its benefits, and while I will not go into detail about it here, I can say that it is certainly a personal needs-based supplement, certainly, and can do some unique things for your body. This micronized creatine product, even though it is the unflavoured version, still has a good texture and taste, it is of course just as soluble with water or milk (or whatever your liquid of choice, be wise!), as it would be if you were mixing a protein powder with any of these liquids. It has a similar consistency though, and happens to come from a Canadian owned company which has certified this CMP as not containing a significant amount of banned substances within their product. I have no complaints about this product, and if creatine is a necessity to compliment your workouts, you really can't go wrong with this option. I recommend keeping it in a cool space when not in use. 5 stars.

    Has a valid npn, came sealed, and has expiry date at least 2 years ahead of time. The container is well designed and solidly made. As for the creatine itself its regular monohydrate, not sure about the actual source/oem but I like how its nsf certified for sport and is decently priced.

    I have been using Creatine Monohydrate for years, though I am constantly searching for new products to try. Recently I have been seeing a lot of hype around Blue Star Nutraceuticals, so when I had the opportunity to try their product, I was quite excited. When the product arrived it was in a tub, containing 60 servings. Per serving there are 5g of un-flavoured creatine. The company recommends taking 1 scoop per day, though if you are new to creatine, they suggest starting with a loading phase of 20g per day for the first 5-7 days.

    The first thing that stood out to me about the product is how fine the powder is. After trying various types of liquids, you can hardly tell you have put creatine in them. Whether that be water, juice or smoothies, it is unnoticeable. The powder also mixes very easily and well. It dissolves within seconds, in all liquids, and does not clump or cling to the sides. I also particularly like that it has no chalky consistency or bitter aftertaste. As someone who frequently dry scoops creatine, this makes it really easy to get down without issue. Finally, it is also nice to know that this product is 100% lab-certified and NSF Certified.

    Overall, at its current price of $24.99, I would highly recommend this product. The powder is very high quality, and it is by far one of the better creatine monohydrates I've tried. I am eager to try more of Blue Star's products in the future.

    Excellent quality creatine. It is NOT micronized creatine monohydrate, but I have swapped out my usual product for this one over the past two weeks of testing. I have not noticed any strength reduction or any negative effect in my workouts or energy levels since swapping. In a protein shake, it is undetectable with no taste and it dissolves quickly. The container comes with a serving size scoop, and I have been keeping up with a single scoop once per day.

    This is a good sized container at 325 grams for under $25.00 CDN at the time of purchase. That is a very good value for a creatine monodryrate supplement. My usual brand that I purchase is $40.00 for a 400 gram container, which works out a little more expensive than this product.

    One positive note that I have to say about this particular product is that I noticed significant less bloating. I am prone to creatine bloat from significant water retention when using these supplements, and in the past two weeks I have kept up with my usual diet and regular workout routines, and my weight has dropped 5 lbs. in the two week testing period, which I can only contribute to water retention. My stomach looks noticeable flatter and I feel less bloated as a whole.

    have been taking for a month now with no issues. Very similar to any other creatine brand I've used but happy that it's coming from a local reputable company and the assurances toward not including any junk is always great for peace of mind. It's still a gritty, sand-like consistency but I think that's true of all creatine, mixes into shakes no problem.

    I ordered 2 and the sealson both were peeled back and Open!!!! stay away this is returned discounted/ defective packaging lot being sold here on amazon... and you cannot return it?? BS!!! the lid didnt "accidentally roll the seal tabs...I am talking peeled back folded and open. I dont have a scale to weigh it and the tubs look low... the worst purchase since using 鶹. The onyl reason for 1 star is it arrived on time.. otherwise 0/5
