Product description
Blue Bloods is a drama about a multi-generational family of cops dedicated to New York City law enforcement. Frank Reagan is the New York Police Commissioner, and heads both the police force and the Reagan brood. He runs his department as diplomatically as he runs his family, even when dealing with the politics that plagued his unapologetically bold father, Henry, during his stint as Chief. A source of pride and concern for Frank is his eldest son, Danny, a seasoned detective, family man and Iraq War vet who on occasion uses dubious tactics to solve cases with his partner, Detective Maria Baez.

5.0 out of 5 stars EXCELLENT!
Verified PurchaseThe series is fabulous! With this DVD I completed the collection. Despite being region 1 and not having subtitles in Portuguese, it is fabulous, as are the other seasons. Unfortunately CBS ended it one of his best series (if not the best of all).

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent!
Verified PurchaseThe last 18 episodes, televised in two parts over the past year, are a fond farewell to one of the very best scripted shows in the past twenty years. This show had a lot more wind left in its sails and, in my humble opinion, should have been renewed for a fifteenth season. Compared to many of television’s current offerings, “Blue Bloods” was a bright spot in the prime time lineup. Well done to the sterling ensemble cast that brought great drama into our living rooms on Friday evenings. They were all as good in their roles as anyone could expect, and with Tom Selleck leading the way, they never disappointed. Perhaps most of all, we will miss looking in on the Sunday dinner table with the Reagans which was perhaps the highlight of each episode. The great chemistry these characters had with one another brought some of the most tender moments to ever grace the small screen. Thank you and great job!
