Start with clean & dry lashes. If you choose to curl, do it first with a heated curler (safer for your lashes).

Apply like a traditional mascara. Start with the brush close to the base of your eyelid for ideal separation, then brush upwards.

  • Water alone (ex: sweat or tears) cannot remove the tiny mascara tubes
  • Gentle pressure alone (ex: rubbing your eyes or sleeping in it) cannot remove the tiny mascara tubes
  • Makeup removers cannot remove the tiny mascara tubes
  • Only the COMBINATION of water + gentle pressure (ex: from your fingertips, cotton-round or shower-head) will slide the tiny tubes easily off of your lashes

    I have been using this mascara for a few years now and I have found it is the best for me. I have sensitive eyes and this does not irritate. I find the "tube" feature does work well and the mascara stays on all day without flaking. Despite it's staying power it is easy to come off with make-up remover or facial cleanser. I have also found just water can work as well and I would not swim with it for long. I wish is dried a little faster as you need to make sure you keep your eyes open for about 5 mins after application to keep from having lashes stick together. I have also tried the version with the fuller brush and find this version smoother and easier to apply without clumping. That said it still is a little expensive.

    This mascara is messy to apply and it takes a long time to dry. If your bottom and top eyelashes touch before they’re dry, they stick together. If your top eyelashes touch your eyelid, they leave marks. Once the mascara dries, it’s long lasting. It’s not very buildable and left my eyelashes looking short and stubby. For the expense, this is not a great product.

    It really works! Maybe you’ll have a few little flakes under your eyes on day 2 but so much easier to deal with than regular smudgy mascara. Super easy to wash off in the shower, again way easier than regular mascara because you don’t have smudge you need to scrub off. I routinely wear this for 2 full days when I don’t have time to shower and it’s such a time-saver, I love it. You can’t put multiple coats on after it dries, so I guess if you want really thick dramatic mascara this won’t be for you, but if you want something easy you don’t have to think about this stuff is great. I’ll never go back to regular mascara.

    Unless I'm using it wrong I found my lashes stuck together. It's pretty sticky for the first few minutes until it sets. So sticky my top and bottom lashes kept sticking together. Then my top lashes started to clump together. I really wanted it to work but it just didn't. Glad I got it on sale. If I had paid $30 + for it I would be really upset.

    I have been using blinc mascara for years now and absolutely love it! My sister is a makeup artist and she recommended blinc to me when I was complaining about my old mascara flaking and slipping at the end of the day. This product was the solution I was looking for! The real benefit of this product is that is stays ALL DAY - there is no flaking, no smudging, no slipping, and no eye irritation with this mascara. It is also so easy to remove! I switch back and forth between the original and amplified - I love them both and can't decide which I like better! I know it is pricy, but I actually find that blinc's formula lasts longer than most other mascaras before drying out and needing to be replaced. Some of the negative reviews complain about clumping, and faulty tubes. I have probably purchased 12 tubes of blinc and never experienced either problem.

    I want to add that this product works best for people with longer, fuller lashes that have a natural curl or hold curl well. I have long-ish lashes that hold curl well and find that blinc gives me a extra bit of volume and hold that is perfect for an everyday look. A friend who has short, straight lashes found that this product didn't do much for her. When I want a more dramatic look for a special occasion or night out, I opt for a $5 volumizing waterproof mascara.
