Not an exact replacement, but it works!
This tamper (on the left in the photo) is a great replacement for my original blender tamper (on the right in the photo). Compared to the original, it is slightly smaller, slightly lighter in weight, and it has slightly less girth to it. The tamper reaches down in the container almost as far as the original does and seems to work just fine. I would argue this tamper is not of the same quality as the original, however it still does what it needs to and is a great alternative.

    While the item is not quite up to the standards of the Vitamix branded tamper, for the price point it is an excellent replacement. Slightly smaller on all dimensions than my original tamper, but functions just as well.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐ = Hey, this is pretty great.

    ⭐⭐⭐ = Meh. It's okay but I don't love it. Someone might like it.

    Ordered this as a backup to our original Vitamix tamper. We have come close to destroying the tamper a couple times already so we thought a spare would be a good idea. The first thing I noticed with the Doizato Tamper is that is is about 1 inch shorter than the actual Vitamix tamper. The handle part is also a little shorter and those with medium to larger hands will feel that difference. With the 1" difference you can see in the attached pictures that this tamper doesn't go down to the bottom of the 6 oz container like the original tamper. Where the original tamper has slightly less than 1/2" gap from the blade, the Doizato has slightly more than a 1" gap. For the most part the tamper works but you just won't be able to get down to the bottom. I think for the most part it should work for most cases still but I think that extra space will affect smaller volume blends. Construction-wise the Doizato feels lighter, which can be attributed to the smaller size. However, feeling wise it does feel more hollow. Plastics used seem comparable though. The last issue though is the value. The Doizato is slightly, at time of review, than an original Vitamix replacement tamper. For that price difference I would lean to buying the original. With the length difference and the value issue, I could only give the Doizato 3-stars.

    While this works well enough as a replacement, and backup for the original Vitamix Tamper, I still prefer the original. This could very well just be that it's what I've been used to for years, but this tamper does fit and still get the job done when needed. I find the material doesn't grip / hold as easily as the original Vitamix part as well.

    However, it's important to note that it'll still do what it needs to do, and functions well.
    All in all if you're needing a replacement, this will get you by.

    This is a pretty good replacement stick for a Vitamix but is a little steep in price. I've seen the Vitamix ones priced less so the value is questionable. Burn if you need it fast itxs a plastic stick that you can probably get next day so it is what it is.
