This two-in-one grill seasoning oil offers results you can trust to get your griddle ready for use, or help maintain your current seasoning to prevent sticking and rust. Features: • Non-rancid formula: Won’t stick, flake, or go rancid, unlike other conditioners made with flaxseed oil or animal fats. • Plant-based: Perfect option for vegans and vegetarians. • Food safe: Contains no harsh chemicals. • Wide application: Use Blackstone seasoning oil on griddle surfaces, grill grates, pans, skillets, woks, griddles, dutch ovens and more. • Seasoning + conditioning: Restores the easy-release layer on your griddle and protects it from rust. How to use? 1) Wipe down the cooking surface with a damp towel. 2) Once the cooking surface is nice and clean, fire up the burners and heat your griddle for 10-15 minutes. Scoop Blackstone griddle oil on top and apply to the surface using a pair of tongs and a wad of paper towels. 3) Spread the seasoning evenly across the entire cooking surface evenly – even the edges and sides. 4) Let the seasoning burn (smoke) off 5) Repeat the process 3-5 times (minimum 3 times) 6) You’ll have the perfect surface ready to griddle in no time!
