    Screw head was defective. was going to return this because we couldn't unscrew the screw to attach the side shelf. and the bottom self had a dent in it.
    I was really looking forward to this grill, I was disappointed I thought i was needing to return it. Never even used it.
    UPDATE ____GOOD NEWS.
    After a break I returned and was able to assemble the grill. Human error I was working on the wrong screw.
    We assembled the grill and bbq'd hamburgers. LOVE THIS GRILL.
