    I love it. My old one recently broke and I had it for 10 years (different brand). So I opted to buy this one and it’s pretty good. Not very quiet but that’s not a deal breaker for me. The only issue I have is the inserts. Each insert goes in a specific spot and it doesn’t really tell you where. Unless I can’t see it. So you have to see if it will fit. If it doesn’t it will fall out and then you have to swap them to fit. I like how you press the button and the inserts come out super easy. Very easy to clean easy to use with the setting. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the difficulty with the inserts placement.

    This feels cheaply made, it does the trick, but I hate how stiff the cord is because when you want to rest the mixer upright the cord is so stiff you have to actually manipulate the cord so the machine will stand and not fall. And at times if you THINK you set the cord right it will still make the machine fall over.
    I use this a lot and need to rest it often so this is completely annoying to me.
    I also notice the speeds just sorta change on their own, you could be mixing on high and lose a little power type deal. And there is a power boost button, but I am not pressing that, I checked cause I thought thats what i was doing.
    I also prefer a push button release for the beaters, my fault though I should have read to be sure, I just assumed they all came that way I guess because I have never had one where i have to manually pull hard to get the beaters off the machine.
