REVIEW - Brand: KAKAMINA - Extra Large Binder Clips 2.4 Inch (24 Pack)

These binder clips are HUGE! I love them. I always go for packs of the mini and regular inch sized ones to do various things around the house, but these are a step up and offer much more possibilities. These have all kinds of tension given it's size, so if you want to bind together a wad of paper, that won't be an issue, but my main thing I see now is this will have zero problem gripping a table ledge or any thick metal pole, so using them to secure clothes and various items is working great.

The metal is good quality, compared to others I have used of smaller size there is nothing cheap about them. Given the price of just under a buck a piece, I think they are worth it, you can pay a few just for something more fancy that doesn't even have the same grip strength, so I would recommend.

I've been using these clips nonstop since I got them, which comes as a surprise since I ordered them without a specific purpose in mind. I've done the obvious, using them to hold chip bags closed, but they are so large that I also put them on a large flour bag and even a bag of charcoal. A couple of days ago, there was a frost warning, so I had to cover up some seedlings with a fabric sheet, and these clips worked perfectly for clamping the sheet to my raised garden bed. They are also suitable for holding things out of the way, which I have used several times in my garage. They have a strong grip, and the handles are sturdy enough to hang the clip off of whatever may be near. All in all, these are a surprisingly great find!

They are almost 2.5 inches wide and can clamp on anything from a stack of newspapers or income tax returns to card stock and can even clamp tarp to our garden stakes when we get a sudden frost warning. They have a strong grip, made of tempered steel, and are rust-resistant. For about $1.00 each this is a great find!

I received a sample 24 pack of extra large binder clips from KAKAMINA and they couldn’t have come at a better time. I measured the width at 2 3/8”. In my samples I didn’t see one with any gap while closed so they are tight, excellent.

These binder clips are robust and I had an idea for their size. One thing that drives me crazy is a sloppy, floppy gazebo screen especially in windy conditions. I ordered a new screen this year and the seller doesn’t know his measurements. I didn’t return it, grumpily I’ll live with it. Ha, binder clips to the rescue. I used the clips to tighten and hold the top and neodymium magnets on the corners to keep it in place.

Now I have a tighter screen and with today’s wind it is holding in place. Now I am a happy backyarder. At just under a $1 each they are well worth the money at least in my case.

These are very large clips and will hold enormous amounts of pages. Storing the clips is difficult. They do not come in boxes as one would expect, but rather one large bag. If you do not need theses extra large clips then I would stay away from them. Just use a couple of the smaller clips. This is strictly because of the storage issue, otherwise there is nothing wrong with the clip. Would I buy these again? No.

This supply of what I call Paper Clamps is very welcome. I have not used this brand before, but they feel very stordy, with plenty of resistance in the clamp -- but not so much that they are too difficult to press into Open. These clamps really are as versatile as the product listing page suggests, and the truly large size makes them ectra useful, They can re-close opened food bags, secure multiple sheets of paper together, be used to make a DIY clip-board, keep pairs of socks and mitts from separating . . . once you start to use them, they quickly make themselves seem indispensable. At least, that's how I regard them. One of the features that I find most useful is that the handle part can also be used to hang the clamp, along with whatever it is holding, from a hook or some other projection, to keep the contents where you need it to be. I think these clamps are a very useful and practical product.

These are quality clips that are easy to open and close.

Bulldog clips are a staple in our home and office. These are terrific for holding documents together in a clipped binding. They are also brilliant to use to close food items, like chips and popcorn bags.

We use these type of clips to hold photo/video screens in place. The large size works well of our setup. However, these clips are being used in our home office mostly. These are perfect for holding all of your receipts together to maintain your expenses. When you are looking for an affordable solution to bind on the fly, these rank up there.

With a price point just shy of a dollar per clip, this set of 24 makes a good value statement. The quality, in my opinion, is better than the price point suggests. We use this style of clips all over our home, they are great to have on hand.
