I was surprised to see the number of negative reviews about the packaging so I was a little hesitant and even got a CD case just to be safe but it turned out great and perfect! Maybe they updated thier packaging but mine came in perfect cases just like my bones collection. I love the show! And now I have it to watch whenever I want! Thanks 鶹 and thanks BBT crew!

    It's a TV show. It's a comedy about a overly awkward guy and his friends. Sheldon reminds me of a Autistic adult that is also OCD on a whole other level. It's funny anyways and I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. We like to binge it once in awhile. It's a bit large in packaging and it does take up a bit of room. But it's also because it's 12 seasons and well that's a lot of discs. The discs are in good condition and was packaged nicely when it arrived. Would recommend this show to anyone!

    I really enjoy this series The Big Bang Theory and I ordered the Bluray version I was able to watch all the seasons of it but the bonus disc was in dvd and not the bluray as the rest of the series the bonus disc wouldnt play in my bluray player nor in my laptop that has a dvd player the case for the series also came broken.

    Having read the reviews about defective discs, I checked each DVD upon receiving the collection.
    To do so, I would insert the disc, select play, and then fast forward x 3 to play the whole contents of a disc without skipping from one chapter or episode to the next.
    This did take (about 3 minutes per disc for 36 discs) but reassured me that all discs played correctly.
    I also quickly checked the bonus disc.
    Everything was in order.

    As for the contents, as a scientific, I find this series exquisite in its writing and acting!

    This isn't a review of the show - you either like it already or you don't. I enjoyed the first five or six seasons when it was live on TV, but it wore out for me after that, so I never saw the last few seasons, and thought I'd give it a try now. And watching the first season again I forgot just how hilarious it was.

    But what impressed me is the Blu-ray set. I've got other DVD and Blu-ray sets of series, but I think this one was done the best. Some don't even allow a "play all" option, and you have to go to the menu and work to play on every single episode. Others have that, but it's for the disc.

    This one does "Play all" but it isn't just the disc - it will go through them all and you won't have to hit play again until you kill it to start again another day. When one disc finishes, it says to insert the next, and it automatically continues playing. I absolutely love that feature.

    The transfer is great - excellent video quality, and the sound is great as well. I see there are extra features but I generally don't bother with any of those until after I've finished a series so I can't attest to the quality of them.

    But the play all feature puts this head and shoulders above any other complete series set I've ever had. And the box itself is also outstanding. Not some really cheap thing like so many are. This one didn't have a single loose disc anywhere. The cases are solid and well built, the disc's flipping holders are in there tightly and aren't coming loose at all. There's even a booklet with the details for the episodes of each season.

    If you like the show, and want it on disc, this is the ONLY version to even consider. And right now it's less than the DVD set as well, so it's a steal.
