This makes a nice cup of coffee, or should I say espresso. We actually find that it's better to do a cappuccino, with steamed milk. Here's some tips I learned. First, boil water in a kettle because it makes the process much faster. Second, pour boiling water into the reservoir. Third, purchase heat distributor or heat shield to protect the beautiful paint on your Moka pot. Fourth, the slower your heat the stronger the taste of your drink. Lastly, leave the top open so you can watch and hear the percolation of the coffee. You want to remove it from Heat before it begins to sputter. If you follow these steps, you have a great one, two, or three shots of espresso every time.
