A respirator should be part of everyone's toolbox,
On this particular model the face piece is confortable, the silicon is soft, although I found that it was too small for my head/face.
I was able to use it with my glasses on without any issue, they didn't fog up.
I was able to breath normally while using the mask. I don't like using this type of mask for extended periods of time, I take breaks every half hour of so, but during that time it didn't get too hot.
A positive point is that the mask is compatible with most other brands of filters & cartridges, so if you already have some they will fit or you will be able to easy find replacement ones.
I found that the plastic clip/clasp of the buckle of the head band was a bit flimsy and difficult to open/close.
I didn't like the upper strap, I found it to be uncomfortable and it had several little imperfections, sharp edges that would get caught on my hair.
This is a good budget solution for the occasional home project especially for anything involving dust.
It's far from being great, but it's better than using no protection at all which is what I see a lot of people doing.
It's a good value for what you get.

I ordered this for when I’m doing certain types of household maintenance that requires being around fumes that you really shouldn’t be breathing in. Some areas of my home don’t really have the best ventilation, so I am unable to crack open a window. That’s where this mask comes in handy.
This mask fits nicely on my face. I like that it has straps that can be adjusted in a few places, for a snugger fit. It comes with two sets of filters that are easy to pop in and pop out, as needed. I will try to stretch these for as long as possible (i.e., get the most use out of them that I can before replacing them). As I don’t necessarily do heavy renovation work, I think these should last me for a while.
All-in-all, this seems to be a good product. There’s a slight smell to it once you first put it on, but it’s fine…The earplugs are just a bonus. I like that they come in a small case so that they are less likely to get lost!

Already lost the clip

Low cost respirator for general use
This is a medium quality respirator package that does the job inexpensively. Comes with an economically constructed (yet pretty durable) respirator mask and 2 sets (qty 4) of filters. I use this respirator for welding and grinding as it keeps practically all of the smoke particulates as well as any grinding dust out of my system. I can fit my helmet headgear over the upper retention straps on the mask with no problem. The smaller and thinner filter media is sized particularly well for fitting the mask behind the helmet cover and it's never in the way.
I appreciate that Bgs13 makes a good respirator that is comparable to some more expensive models at a more reasonable price. This helps keep me safe without breaking the bank.
