How to Use

Step 1: Put the cuff carefully around you bare wrist and wrap around. Try and stay calm for several minutes before taking your measurements.

Step 2: Adjust the cuff and keep the device at a heart level distance.

Step 3: Choose your user profile and press Start.

It will automatically measure systolic and diastolic blood pressure as well as your heart rate.

    Cet appareil est excellent. Il ne prends pas de place dans la valise. Côté facilité à utiliser il faut s'adapter à une technique différente que les brassards. En fait il faut que l'appareil soit placé au-dessus du niveau du coeur, sinon les données réveleront une hypertension alors que ce n'est pas le cas.

    I had high hopes for this blood pressure monitor, but it has been nothing but frustrating. The Bluetooth connection is unreliable and often struggles to sync with my iPhone, requiring multiple attempts to pair. Most of tge time it does not sync the reading. On top of that, the readings are inconsistent, sometimes varying significantly even when taken back-to-back under the same conditions.

    To make matters worse, customer service was unhelpful when I tried to return or replace the device. Instead of offering a straightforward exchange, they insisted I send it to Florida first for testing, leaving me without a monitor for who knows how long. For a product meant to track an important health metric, this is unacceptable.

    While the cuff is comfortable and the app (when it works) is convenient, the connectivity issues, unreliable readings, and poor customer support make this a bad purchase. I would not recommend this model—look elsewhere for a more reliable option.

    I had to replace my Hartman monitor that worked for many, many years but now developed a leak. Looked for Hartman in Canada and US but without luck. Decided to buy this Beuer. Looked nice, packed with features but the sleave is to short / tight for me. The readings were unrealistic for me but ok for my wife who has a smaller wrist. At the end, it is just sitting here, to late to return. I asked a friend to send me Hartman Veroval from EU; works fime.

    I was skeptical about this wrist blood pressure monitor at first. It was recommended to me by a friend, but i always preferred the traditional one that goes on your upper arm. I’m pretty happy with these results though. It’s so easy to use and all the readings have been accurate. It’s also very easy to set up the app on your smart phone so I can keep track of everything on my phone! I don’t have to keep looking back at the blood pressure monitor. Overall very pleased.

    I bought this device, of a German high quality brand, as a successor to the A&D wrist device that I had for ~15 years and that was falling apart naturally.
    Getting it to work was terrible. I emailed with the customer service, they were kind and helpful and told me that inprinciple, to set it up and connect BT, one must remove the batteries and put back in. This is nowhere in the extensive instructions.
    However, a big shock: my blood pressure was now much higher! I blamed my old device, thinking this brandnew one must be more accurate. I consulted with my doctor who was very alarmed (we are adjusting dosing of blood pressure drugs), so, what now. As I had to go to the clinic for blood draw, I took my old (A&D) and my new (Beurer) device. Both are wrist devices - these always give higher readings than upperarm devices. We tested both devices and the clinic device. Surprise: my ol wrist device was only slightly higher than the clinic upperarm device (this was to be expected), but the Beurer device measured MUCH higher values - a plus 20mmHG (the mesurement unit) above the clinic device, both systolic and diastolic. So, this is very dangerous if this is your only device and you report values to your doctor! It may end up in wrong assessment of your hypertension and possibly too high drug doses. This is an even bigger risk now with COVID-19 restrictions: there are fewer clinic visits for BP measurement, doctors rely in part on the patient's home device.
    I usually do not write long reviews (or reviews at all) but this is a health safety issue.
    I was so ups, I did not even send the device back. Waste of money and now also electronic waste.
