After rinsing these off really good, I pan fry in a non stick skillet to get the dampness out. They are a little rubbery and chewy but so much better to add as a side. I had these with curry on top - relish! Much better than the Konjac rice which tends to be too small and stays damp unless you fry it out for at least 8 minutes in a fry pan. I also tossed these into a hardy tuna salad with extra raw veggies and it was so good! Already ordered more. Who says clean eating has to be boring?
