Super en famille
Mon fils (16 ans) et moi (50 ans) avons des rendez-vous cinéma ou je lui fait découvrir des films cultes pour moi. Nos visions sont d'époque bien différente, pourtant nos échanges, rires et observations nous place bien ensembles, en même temps. Après il aura ses souvenirs de nous en fou rire, ou pas, mais bien ensemble. Ce film est bon, en famille, ce film est encore meilleur.

The transfer from film to blu-ray was not all that great. There are a number of times when you could clearly see dirt on the film and then it was gone. So better cleaning when transferring would have been nice. It was also a bit fuzzy at times, usually only noticeable when its mostly solid colors other than white. Nothing an actual good remastering of the film could not take care of if they ever move this to 4k or above.
My main issue with the "Halloween Edition" of the movie is the little heavier card stock that is used for the fancy cover. What should have been done is made this card a bit smaller so that it could fit inside the plastic with the front cover or inside the case itself.
Unless the regular version of the movie doesn't come with the 3 animated episodes from the TV show and music only audio tracks I would just avoid this version of the movie unless its cheaper.
Also the plastic on the outside of the case was rippled like its been exposed to heat. Its a little hard to see it in the picture but at the bottom it stands out a bit. Its all on the back, though hardly any on the front. There was 2 little dents on the front. This doesn't stop the enjoyment of the movie itself but figured I would mention it.
For anyone that makes blu-rays or knows people that do, please when you make a "special" version of a blu-ray can you please actually make it feel special. Commentary with any/all of the actors or makers of the movie, interviews with them talking about their experience making the movie and seeing fans reactions to it and so on. I guess as long as the "regular" version doesn't have the animated TV episodes on it, this makes it special but if it does, why bother paying more for a little piece of fancy cardboard with an image on it.

Ovviamente Burton la affronta secondo le sue inclinazioni, si procura una sceneggiatura adatta a sfruttare il suo talento visionario e a sua volta ne sfrutta tutte le potenzialità nel trasformarla in film.
L'ironia la fa da padrone e pervade tutte le scene di Beetlejuice, dalla splendida e delirante visione dell'aldilà in Burton Style, con il Manuale del novello deceduto e i pittoreschi deceduti in sala d'attesa, al bellissimo contrasto tra la piccola dark Lydia e la sua famiglia mondana
