I used a total of three sticks, with one before the run and the other two during my 15k long run. The taste is good as it’s honey and the packaging was easy to tear off during the run so it was basically a running gel with lower calories and carbs. The nutrition information is 35 calories with 7g of carbs, with 6g being sugar. If you do use this for running, which I do recommend because it is much more affordable than running gels or if you do not want to eat candy during a run, consume multiple sticks. I chose this primarily due to the pricing and the reviews, but I will definitely repurchase in the future. The fact that it’s low calorie is also perfect considering I’m on a slight calorie deficit and trying to get more lean.
