It's very difficult to find a straight forward way of doing under cabinet lighting today with such a wide array of lights available. If you are able to run power directly to where the lights will be such as during a renovation or new build, these junction boxes are the way to go. I have installed 4 of these junction boxes so far and plugged Kasa smart plugs into each one & then my under cabinet light (using the BAZZ 12 inch motion fixture's) into the smart plug. With the BAZZ junction box and the smart plug I have the perfect smart home lighting setup. I can control the lights manually or use the Kasa or Alexa app or just ask Alexa to turn my lights on or set them on a schedule through either app. These junction boxes are solid and simple to install and they look good. You can always paint them if you have dark cabinets just cover the outlet with masking tape. But white shouldn't be an issue since you should have a valance which hides the junction box & lights. I highly recommend this product.
