I cannot recommend this product or the company after receiving a defective product and asking for a refund, which was eventually received, along with an apology - but only after many messages requesting the refund again and again, and being told the item needed to be shipped back at my cost, unopened and unused in original packaging for resale. No amount of reason at my end seemed to get through - how could the item be unopened and unused in original packaging if we opened it, charged it and found out it was defective? And why would the company want to be able to resell it? And why would I pay return shipping on a defective product? I said I would ship it back at their cost and was just told the same thing over and over. It made no sense. The inference is that the company knows some of these items are defective and sells and even resells them anyways. Finally, when I said I was going to escalate, they agree to refund based on visual proof (see photo). The battery came with a 3.5 v charge. We charged it and could only get it to 9 v. After sitting a few days, it dropped to 6.5 v (as in photo). The company was willing to give us another battery as replacement but we were not willing to take the risk or wait even longer to use so we bought one at Canadian Tire for a higher price but 100% assurance of a product that works and would be easy to return if not. Reading the reviews on this product revealed others have also received a defective battery. Beware the cheaper online price, it may cost you in the end.

    This has been a great battery I have had it for 2 1/2 years and it starts every time I just bought another one because my kids left the key on all winter and killed it but that battery did not give me any trouble. If my kids did not kill the battery it may still be working to this day.
