I purchased this dispenser after doing my Christmas baking, and my plastic dispenser broke at the worst time. This dispenser is made of stainless steel. It goes together easily and is good quality, of which means it will last a long time. It is easy to wash and store. It fits nicely in the box that it came in. I use this for tarts and for making pancakes mostly. It would be great for dispensing Cake batter when making cup cakes. It comes with several different sizes of tips so you may have better aim at dispensing into narrow or more precise areas or larger for bigger pancakes perhaps, or just assisting with whatever your baking or cooking needs are.
