Tasty and fresh
I got these for making Indian cashew curry dishes and they worked perfectly for my recipe! Because they're unsalted and raw they cook down nicely, and you can properly season your dishes without worrying about too much salt. I couldn't help but snack on them while I was making my food, and they're fantastic right out of the bag as well. At the current price of $34 they are priced less than many organic cashews at health food stores, however, they are much more expensive than their *non-organic* big warehouse store counterparts which are about half the cost, so you will need to decide if this is an important factor for you. They tasted fresh, and were well within expiration so lots of time to finish them off, but to ensure freshness I divided the bag in half and kept half in the freezer. Overall very tasty and perfect for both snacking and cooking!

These are soft, crunchy and deliciously tasting cashew nuts and the best thing is despite being unslated these nuts don't lack in flavour. Due to being unsalted, I can enjoy the full flavour of the nuts. The cashews are organic which adds another dimension to its flavour profile and sets them apart from regular store-bought salted nuts. The nuts are dry roasted which brings out natural oils from the cashews making them even more delicious. The cashews are an excellent option as a healthy snack or as a salad topper. The cashews are packed in a resealable bag which keeps them fresh for longer.
