    My fingers beside my nailbeds have finally healed. I’ve tried so many lotions, ointments and medical aids. This is the only thing that has helped.

    My face gets dry and flakey swimming 3 days a week. My doctor recommended this product specifically. So I can attest that it is okay to use as a facial moisturizer.

    I have eczema on my hands (cracking and bleeding at worst) and recently my usual hand cream (Spectro) was sadly discontinued. I started using Barriere because the texture and coverage felt similar to my old one, and this one is also affordable. Unfortunately Barriere is scented and smells like baby butt cream, which is basically what this is.

    "Barrier cream" + "derrière" = Barriere?

    Thankfully I don't react to the fragrance in this lotion, because it works to clear up my dry eczema prone hands quickly. Though I want to stress that I don't appreciate smelling like a fresh baby diaper. Why put fragrance in something meant for sensitive skin anyway? A lot of people have allergies to such things and it's a risk.

    So, while I will continue to use this, I would like to see an unscented version of this product. It's actually affordable compared to other products which gouge the crap out of people that need to protect their skin with such a cream all day long. If I found something just as good as Barriere but unscented I would switch to that product, but for now, it's baby butt cream all the way.

    I have been using this cream for many decades. First on my kids’ bums with every diaper change and now with my grandkids. Never any diaper rash. It’s light, smoothes easily and is non greasy. It’s the only cream that helps chapped hands overnight. It can soothe itchy areas as well as sun burnt areas. It is more expensive than similar products but the others don’t work and are not as versatile. Also a little goes a long way. I highly recommend this product.
