    I was very happy to read Farli’s story, especially ehen she got an outsider. I taught it was appropriate, she always was a bit different, she was very curious of other worlds, having a mate from somewhere different made sense.

    Ok ok ok. I'm just going to say this books and asha's books were my favorites!! Gosh. It was so hood and the ending! Really the only thing missing as more sexy times. The humans books had way more in it than this one, so that was a bit of a let down. But over all I couldn't put it down!

    Great story full of plot twists and angst. Poor Chompy had a rough time of things. A strange ship lands and brave Farli investigates. Mardok is so damaged from his military service he almost misses out on his fated future. The crew of The Tranquil Lady are an unexpected bunch of misfits. Looking forward to the continuation of the sa-khui stories. I read this book using my KU subscription.

    Must admit that tho I love Ruby's books I had been getting seriously fed up with crying undecided females. I'd been skimming through pages to get past soppy females weeping and feeling sorry for themselves. So to get the lovely story of Farli and Mardok was great, just wish it had been longer. I wanted more about Mardok getting to grips with his new life.

    I really like Farli and Mardok’s story my only criticism is that it was too short. I love that Farli got a handsome bad boy type for an Alien. I love how they took to each other quickly and he became her man. Farli was such a cute seductress. She was determined to get him to sleep with her. From sitting on his lap to refusing to sleep alone, she was so cute the way she wore him down. I really enjoyed their dynamic I just think there was barely a journey with them the way it was with the other couples and I wanted more from them.

    It was great to finally learn the backstory for the sakh khui. I also wish there was more to the story with that as well.
