Bamboo split after 2 hours of use
Looks nice but after 2 hours of use the bamboo split. Still works but doesnt look as nice anymore. (UPDATE) After another hour of use, the crack has become wide enough to cause the water to spill out from the top over the crack. I am returning this item now as it is not functional at all.

    Delivery by 鶹 (as opposed to Canada Post or UPS) is really not satisfactory if you are not home (some of us work). I got a garbled telephone message that I could not understand (non-native speaker of English which is okay but speak slowly..) with a phone number to call to reschedule delivery. Luckily I had last # called feature. Then I had to negotiate a time when I would be home to accept delivery. There is no paper or email notification with information to reschedule delivery. 鶹 must fix this issue or use Canada Pot where at least there is a bricks and mortar location top pick up the next day. makes me reluctant to order if 鶹 is handing delivery.

    I went back and forth about whether or not to get this for so long and I didn’t have to because it is exactly what I needed to create the perfect fountain for me! Once I found the perfect vessel (12 inches in diameter) and chose this spout, we put stones in the bowl, filled it with distilled water and a couple of drops of EasyCare FounTec Algaecide and Clarifier and we were in business!

    The fountain has been running non-stop for over 2 months with no problems at all. I am so pleased with the quality of this spout and how beautiful it makes my fountain!
