Best baking powder i have ever used!!! I've always had a problem trying to make pancake with other kind of flour. When using other baking powder, my sweet potato pancake wouldn't rise as well as my pancake made from just unbleached wheat flour. Not no more!! My quinoa flour pancake and sweet potato pancake are light and airy and turns out beautifully!!! Thank you!! I will never used aluminum and corn starch based baking powder ever again. Corn isn't good to consume anyways, because it requires 110,000 of our body's enzymes to digestive, leaving us enzymes definite. Not to mention what aluminum leads to. Moral of the story, thank you sooo much !!!!!
