All cooking ranges require a backsplash or splatter guard. Depending on the model, your range could require grate or island trims, a 6-inch standard backsplash, a 17-inch high-back, or a 24-inch-high shelf backsplash.
This reversible metal backsplash has a standard 24-inch-high shelf height and 30-inch width.
You can mount it directly above the range and it can seamlessly blend in with the hood's lower edge for a sleek and coherent look.
Installation is straightforward with this metal backsplash.
All you need to do is trace the mounting holes and pre-drill on your wall and then install the sheet.
Remember to not remove the backslash’s protective film until after the installation to avoid scratching the surface accidentally.
But what if you don't want to drill on your wall? You can use mounting tape or construction glue. Take note, though that taping or gluing the metal backsplash may cause damage on one of its surfaces.
This will negate its reversible feature. Metal stays durable and shiny for longer. It doesn't take much to maintain.
Thankfully, this metal kitchen backsplash is reversible with two identical surfaces you interchange.
