Every person will react differently to each supplement. My results with this L-citrulline were no negative side effects, but I have no way of measuring benefits directly.
After taking this for about a month, I found no noticeable drawbacks to taking this L-citrulline.
No stomach upset, and no noticeable other side effects. I take this to improve nitric acid, to supposedly improve circulation.

The medicinal ingredient label on the bottle says 2g L-citrulline in a serving. One scoop is one serving, and that is what I took.
I found taking 1 scoop daily gave me no stomach upset at all.
The powder is odourless and tasteless.
This L-citrulline has a NPN number, approving it for sale in Canada by Health Canada. I can't speak to how rigorous the agency's testing is, but at least another set of eyes have been on this product before it was sold.
I can't say if I directly received benefit from this product, but I take it based on research. Long term use and repeated blood tests and other medical tests are probably the only ways to confirm efficacy in your own body.
At the bottles' recommended 1 scoop a day, it will last over 3 months.
Considering the price, cited benefits, and how long a bottle lasts, I would order again for myself.
