    Grabbed this for my four-year-old grandson who has shown a strong interest in baseball. The product is VERY easy to set up and easy to use. The set comes with everything you need (except batteries, of course): plastic bat, plastic balls, and of course the launcher.

    It's also motivated his dad to pitch to him as well, which is huge because dad hates baseball. But I now get videos from my daughter of the two of them playing in the back yard.

    Highly recommended if you are interested in introducing your 3–5-year-old to baseball. Fabulous tool that also has the advantage of being fun.

    * Kids even at 3 take to this toy easily, and learn how to operate it
    * Came with more than 5 balls, great for those eventual losses and/or breaks
    * Fun for me, even as a parent, to do a self-imposed "home run derby"
    Con:
    * balls are plastic, which will crack or break over time, would love to see a foam alternative, but everything has a compromise

    We have had several different brand pitching machines and this one is by far the best. I ordered it for the toddlers but everyone plays with it including the adults who have taken to playing with it when the kids aren’t around. The four AA batteries needed are not included and are secured with a Philips screw. You get eight balls which get loaded into the track five balls at a time and then a ball automatically gets ejected every 7 seconds. The person stands ready with the bat to smack the balls as they pop up. I would not leave this outside in the rain as the battery box area will rust. This is a LOT of fun and will make a great gift for kids of all ages. Even I have fun trying to hit the balls and I am not one to play any type of game

    This is great for a child who likes baseball but may not have anyone to pitch to them. Sometimes I'm busy doing chores so with this I can have time to do chores while my kids are still entertained with practicing their batting. My daughter is 3 and she can use this. It's very easy for kids to use and keeps them entertained.
