There is a lot to like about this little amp. It is very small so it fits just about anywhere. The sound is clean, and the bass and treble adjustments make considerable adjustment for speaker/room dynamics possible. It automatically switches from line in to bluetooth when connected to a bluetooth device. Connection is easy.

The downsides: It does require a power brick so there will be phantom power draw even when the power is off. But the main issue is the power rating. It is billed as 100 watts per channel, but the power brick that comes with it is rated for 24 volts x 4.5 amps, which makes the full power available with no losses about 100 watts total, or 50 watts per speaker. That's RMS, so peak power could be higher, but it doesn't really seem big enough to house capacitors capable of delivering too much peaking. Also, when connected to an 8 ohm speaker, the maximum theoretical wattage at 24 volts would be 72 per side (but would exceed the capability of the power supply 144>100). You would need 4 ohm speakers to get to 100+ watts, but at 6 amps per side or 12 amps total, the power supply is no where near big enough. You could try providing a larger power supply, but the power input jack does not look rated for 12 amps to me.

The sound it produces at 8 ohms is sufficient to fill a small room at loud volumes, but if you compare it to a typical old school home theater unit or stereo rated at 50 watts per channel, it is noticeably quieter. I would estimate the unit as shipped used with 8 ohm speakers is delivering about 25-30 watts RMS per channel. Still, it does so cleanly and without distortion, and can drive the base at that level.

I would note that this problem exists for pretty much all the Chinese manufactured amplifiers out there. I don't know what their rating systems mean, but they aren't giving RMS. Sometimes the thing stamped on the front ("300W+300W" or something) is no more than a model number designed to be deceptive.
The secret is to check the power supply. An amp cannot deliver more RMS wattage than voltage x amperage of the power supply output, and usually delivers less (up to half) because there are losses in the amplifier itself.

All that said, I still rate this amplifier a 4/5, because it is still a good unit for the money, if something around 25-30 watts into 8 ohms or possibly 50 watts into 4 ohms RMS is what you are looking for. It is very suitable for a single room in a house or a studio monitor. But you won't be using it for an auditorium or church, which a true 100 watt (RMS) per channel stereo could handle.

How is this device allowed to be sold on this website with a full page of lies, not one part of the device technical specification is true.

The device will spark if you approach the power supply's barrel connector to the device's power input jack while the power supply is connected to a power outlet and live.
You MUST connect the device and power supply together first prior to powering on the power supply.
This is a dangerous design flaw and as states in other reviews, is capable of causing fire.

- They advertise 2x100w output (100w per channel, 200w total) but the included power supply cannot provide more than 108w at peak as a whole (24v x 4.5a = 108w) And so 2x100w is false advertisement. At most you can do 50w per channel.

- The device only contains a single TPA3116 package, not two as stated in the product description. While it has a heatsink wide enough to accommodate two chips, only one resides under it. This is false advertisement as only a single chip is inside the device and not two. Confirmed by taking it apart my self to verify those claims.

- The Texas Instruments TPA3116 chip used cannot do more than 50w per channel at 4ohm max in stereo. It is able to provide 8ohm in mono with reduced wattage. Because the device only has a single TPA3116 chip inside, it is therefore working in stereo mode and only doing 4ohm 50w. The specifications listed on this page for the product is false advertisement.
You can verify the technical specification of the Texas Instrument TPA3116 family of chip via their website and its associate technical specification sheet.
Not a single variant of the TPA3116 family of chip can supply any of the wattage advertised on this page.

The written specification about this product on this page states the following:
"can drive speakers up to 280 watts at 8 ohms or 320 watts at 4 ohms"
This is literally impossible just starting with the fact it is a 108w power supply.
You will not get anywhere near those figures with a 108w power source and let alone a single TPA3116 chip capable of at most 50w 4ohm per channel and so 100w for both channels combined.

- Bluetooth feature is poorly implemented without any security or pairing. Anyone can connect without needing physical access to the amp, so long that is it switched on.
- Bluetooth cannot be disabled.
- If you are listening from an analog source, anything can connect to bluetooth without confirmation and take over your audio.
- If you are listening via bluetooth, anything can connect to it and take over your audio yet again.

I have been using this amplifier for a month now. It is working without any issues. The build quality of the amp as well as the adapter is very good. Looks tiny besides my old amp.

My Old amp stopped working so am using this amplifier as an temporary alternative to power a set of Solidaire SS100 bookshelf speakers with a 12-inch woofer, a 4-inch midrange, and a 1-inch horn tweeter with impedance of 8 Ohms.

Bluetooth range is also good. Comparable to my existing Logitech Bluetooth adapters.

I have noticed it does not get warm on long usage when listening at acceptable volumes at home.

My decision on buying this over Aimyia amp was swayed because FOSI provide a warranty on their product, but Aimyia brand amps have no such mention in their listings.

I have been using this amplifier for a month now. It is working without any issues. The build quality of the amp as well as the adapter is very good. Looks tiny besides my old amp.

My Old amp stopped working so am using this amplifier as an temporary alternative to power a set of Solidaire SS100 bookshelf speakers with a 12-inch woofer, a 4-inch midrange, and a 1-inch horn tweeter with impedance of 8 Ohms.

Bluetooth range is also good. Comparable to my existing Logitech Bluetooth adapters.

I have noticed it does not get warm on long usage when listening at acceptable volumes at home.
