Quality Tape That Will Help You Heal
I found a cool video on youtube that showed people how to tape your knee to alleviate patella femoral syndrome. They recommended two kinds of tape to be used. One of them was this tape and the other one was called cover roll stretch which also happened to be by this brand. It arrived in a small box that looked identical to the product picture. This tape is ultra sticky and is also very taught. It worked well for the purposes of taping my knee and I could feel the relief they were describing in the video. It is also nice that the length of this tape is 13.7m and will probably not run out anytime soon. Recently I have been having a low of pain in my feet as well. My PT would work on it and then he would apply tape on my feet. He recommended that I buy some tape as well and just put it on at home. The tape my PT used looked awfully similar to this one. I went home and did my own taping of my foot and the benefits were just the same as the tape the PT used. I think it is pretty cool that this tape is comparable to the ones PTs use. Also, I leave the tape on my foot for a few days and then take it off. If applied right the tape will stay on my feet even through multiple showers which speaks to the quality of the product. Overall I really like this tape and would be handy to have around for someone with a lot of injuries.
