Product Description

What type of water should I use in this humidifier?

We recommend using distilled or demineralized water for optimal performance. Tap water can be used, but may produce white dust or mineral buildup over time, which requires more frequent cleaning.
Is it safe to put essential oils directly into the water tank? How can I prevent the humidifier from leaking?

No, please only use the dedicated aroma tray for essential oils. Adding oils directly into water may cause damage. To avoid leakage, ensure the tank is properly seated and sealed after refilling. Keep the air outlet dry during cleaning and refills.
Why is the mist height getting low and the surfaces getting damp?

If the mist become lower noticeably and nearby surfaces become wet, it signals high humidity. Please turn off the humidifier and ventilate the room. If use for long time, please set the humidifier to Auto Mode. 50%-60% humidity is ideal for room.
Why is the mist output low even on the highest setting?

Low mist output is often caused by mineral deposits on the ultrasonic plate. Try cleaning it gently with a vinegar solution and using distilled water to improve performance.
How frequently does the humidifier need cleaning?

We suggest cleaning the unit every 3�C7 days, depending on usage. Regular cleaning prevents mineral buildup, maintains efficiency, and prolongs the life of your humidifier.
