    For my suitcase handle replacement, this kit worked perfectly. The bolts provided with the kit were far far too short and small for my suitcase, but I didn't need to use them, because the original bolts hadn't been damaged or lost. All I had to do was remove the original bolts, insert the new handle, and screw the original bolts back into place. The new handle is strong, flexible, comfortable to use, and attractive. Because it flexes slightly, and because the metal sleeves at the ends are slots rather than simple holes, the new handle can fit a range of distances between the anchor bolts. The new handle seemed excellent as soon as it was installed. I've now also taken the suitcase with the new handle on a train trip and multiple public busses. No problem. Thank you, manufacturer!
