    Good quality framing gun. Had this gun for awhile and have had no issues. Shoots nails in LVL beams with ease. Only issue I have is the nail holder that pushes the nails up, pushes the nails out of the slide from time to time. Which can get a little annoying.

    I bought this nail gun for some framing work. Its powerful and drives framing nails nicely. I have a cheap no brand compressor that couldnt deliver an adequate flow rate for this gun (it resulted in nails that werent driven in properly). I removed the old regulator and installed a Jet 3/8" FRL. I use 3/8" air hose to connect the nail gun from the compressor. I adjusted the compressor so that the cut-in pressure is at 95 PSI and the FRL regulated at 95PSI. This resulted in predictable and consistent driving pressure- perfect nail depth each time. The nail depth adjustor is easy to use.
    This gun is at a good price and has saved me alot of time and work (compared with nailing framing using a hammer). Its handled some abuse and some knocks (all accidental of course) and nothing has fallen apart yet.
    The only negative thing I found is that the spikes lose their sharpness quickly. I use LOSP treated Oregon framing timber which has a slippery surface and the timber spikes occasionally dont grip very well when toenailing or nailing at an angle.
    This nail gun uses 34 degree D-shaped collated framing nails. This is the standard framing nail type we use in this side of the world. My readings on 鶹.com is that some building regulations require a round head framing nails- you'll probably need a 21 degree collated nail if that is the case.

    Works as advertised. Bought this to build a large deck. Worked great with Hanger nails attachments and powerful for the 3-inch framing nails. If you're going to buy a mailer, this is the one to get. No need for two separate ones unless you're doing large volume and switching often. Even so, nail guides are easy and quick to change from framing to hanger nails. Did about 10000 nails and not a single jam.

    This gun has worked well so far. I love the ability to be able to use such a wide variety of nails in one gun. Not just length wise, but also thickness. The removable guide bar is a great item. The gun is pretty lite. The reason why only four stars is due to missing part in the box. Bostitch customer service said they were going to send me the metal connector nailer head but it took them over 2 weeks to send. Once I received it, I put it to good use. The option to be able to shot metal connectors is great. Such a time saver. Powerful gun.
