I have another similar set of cordless salt/pepper grinders with a similar set of features, but I prefer these ones. One of the main reasons is that the charging port is on the back of these and not the bottom. I've noticed on the sets that have a charging setup built into the base, the salt/pepper can permanently mess up the contacts after a while and they stop working, so with this setup while it is more manual work, it will last you a lot longer.

I also like that the entire top of the grinder is a button. The light on the bottom is also very bright and much better than other models I've tried. These also seem to have no problem with grinding the salt crystals or pepper corns (not included).

My only complaint with these is that the cleaning brush doesn't have a way to store it in the base. That would be really great if it did and 'where to put the cleaning brush' is often overlooked in many products.

Thought these would be more novelty before ordering them, but after using them for a bit, don't think I can go back to manual grinding. The stainless steel and weight of these make them look and feel premium and elegant. Simple 1 button on top for operation with a bunch of options for grind coarseness and speed to dial it in to your preference. The only change is how quickly you can dispense them. Gotta be careful not to oversalt/pepper your food. But faster seasoning isn't a problem.

I must admit what makes these salt and pepper grinders superior over others is the big button on top. I have found it so easy to press just down versus having to fiddle around for a button on the side.
Little things like this design aspect make it so much easier to use.
Removing the main grinding motor is as easy as a simple twist as well as there are small dots that represent grind coarseness. The twp speeds are also much appreciated, as I have found I like grinding my rock salt at the slower speed and grinding my peppercorns at a higher speed. Further ease of use is the fact this speed adjustment is on the side of the grinders, versus on the very bottom of the grinders mills.
I most like the fact these grinders are rechargeable via a USB-C port versus batteries like my old grinders.
Lastly, the clear plexan moulded grinder placeholders, stand and residual coaster is so great to have. It solves my issue where fine residual pepper is left behind whenever the mills are placed. Tables are nice and clean now.

The best thing about this product is the premium feel you get by just using it. A great bridge between tech and kitchen commons.

I love the bulkiness of the grinders - they are built really well. Very well engineered. There is no plastic. And they are rechargeable with usb-C, so no wasting batteries!

Grind size and speed it adjustable, and it works very well and accurately.

One thing I would have liked is a bigger chamber for grinding. The problem I faced is I wanted to grind cardamoms on the fly but the grinding chamber's inlet is too narrow, so I had to first crush the cardamom pods and get there seeds out. Its no biggie but I don't see why the inlet cannot be made bigger.

Nonetheless, a fine product to enhance your kitchen experience.

The entire top of the mill is a giant button, so it’s easy to find no matter what. The grind setting is easy to adjust, and it’s nice that there are 6 defined grind settings, and not an infinite amount like other mills that just use a tension screw. They have high and low speeds, but on low speed they seem to groan a bit, like they don’t have enough torque (with the salt at least). On high speed, they grind no problem, but again for salt, it puts out a LOT of salt. I’d like to see a set some day that actually has one mill geared lower for salt grinding, since you generally want a lot less salt than pepper. Otherwise they look nice, they work good enough, and they’re easy to use!
